The Scosche PSM21006 is an adjustable whip/flag mount for ATV and OFFROAD vehicles. It features a 1/2" mounting hole in a 6061-T6 aluminum base with a black UV resin finish and includes a stainless steel tightening screw.The mount can be rotated 360˚ with 18 locking positions available.
