8.8 cm KwK 43/PaK 43 L/71 Printed Ammunition [V2]

Ammunition variants. Decorative accessories compatible with equipment mounting the KwK 43 or PaK 43, such as the Tiger II, Jagdpanther, and Nashorn.  Variants: PzGr. 39/43 (APCBC-HE) L/71 Late variant Armor-Piercing ammunition. Identical to the 39/1 but with the addition of wider driving bands that reduced barrel wear rate and mitigated pressure loss when firing. PzGr. 39/40 (APCR) L/71 Armor-Piercing Composite Rigid ammunition compatible with KwK 43 and PaK 43 guns. Contains a dense subcaliber projectile used to punch through heavier armor. Used from 1943 onwards, with the introduction of the PaK 43. Sprgr. 43 (HE) L/71  General purpose High-Explosive ammunition. Weight class IV. Used from 1943 onwards, with the introduction of the PaK 43.
