Crassula String of Buttons 2.5" Succulent

2.5" Crassula conjuncta "String of Buttons", native to Africa, forms stems with leaves arranged in offsetting ranks. Leaves are triangular in shape, glaucous bluish-green in color and are margined with bright red. Offsets freely to form large clusters that are excellent for rock gardens or hanging baskets. Crassulas require very porous soil with excellent drainage.  We work with a local California nursery to source our succulents and cactus plants, each plant is grown with love in Vista, CA. Each plant comes gift-wrapped in kraft paper origami. Care: Succulents need bright sunlight, great drainage, and infrequent water to prevent rot. Containers with drainage holes are best, as well as well-draining soil (you can buy soil specifically for cactus + succulent plants), or add your own coarse sand, pumice, or perlite to loosen up regular gardening soil. Heavy but infrequent waterings (seriously, a good dousing!) are best. Wait for the soil to dry fully before the next watering.
