Dancing Chili Pepper Art Lowbrow Painting 25” Sq Framed Anthropomorphic Veggie

PALM BEACH ESTATE TREASURE Highbrow or Lowbrow? Silly little amateur (?) painting depicting a Crazy Dancing Chili Pepper drinking a beer on a checkerboard floor. It appears to have been painted on a porous acoustical ceiling tile remnant. The painting measures 25” Square framed in a simple black wood frame. Signed lower right near his Cowboy boot and dated 2009. Condition is excellent with no damage. Please ask any and all questions prior to offer or purchase.
