Sparkling Cider 2021. 750ml

BRONZE MEDAL: Our varietal champagne-style cider. Aged on the lees 15 months. Brut Nature (very, very dry). Apple on the nose. Clean and crisp with a hint of biscuit and mineral and a lively acidity on the finish. Swing-top closure "pops" without the overflow and holds the sparkle between servings. Fine bubbles.  Spectacular in a champagne flute.  A great alternative at weddings.  We've christened this particular year "Roll with the Punches" which we, like many other businesses across America, did in 2021. 750ml.  5.4% ABV
