Our 2020 Brandipera®. Created in the same manner as Port but using lightly fermented perry instead of wine, we blend in our pear brandy to fashion a delightful aperitif with notes of vanilla, caramel and oak. Aged one year in French oak barrels. ABV 17%. 110 cases.
