Texas Sunset
“When I think about that sunrise that I woke up to that morning, I just feel like I got as close to nowhere as I could get, and found out that it was more of a place than anywhere I’ve been in a long time.” Hank Green ------- The backing paper of 120 film has little dots arranged in a circle like the sun to indicate where you should stop winding the film when you are ready to take a picture. When stretched out, the printing of these “film dots”, numbers, and arrows makes an interesting texture and pattern. The only reason I know this sun icon and pattern exist is because I recently bought a Holga 120N camera, and promptly ruined two roles of film learning how to use a traditional camera again. Sometimes, inspiration comes in the most unexpected places. The film dots and an accompanying arabesque sun pattern are the inspiration for this collection of textiles. • 100% combed and ring-spun cotton (Heather colors contain polyester) • Ash color is 99% combed and ring-spun cotton, 1% polyester • Heather colors are 52% combed and ring-spun cotton, 48% polyester • Athletic and Black Heather are 90% combed and ring-spun cotton, 10% polyester • Heather Prism colors are 99% combed and ring-spun cotton, 1% polyester • Fabric weight: 4.2 oz (142 g/m2) • Pre-shrunk fabric • Side-seamed construction • Shoulder-to-shoulder taping Size guide LENGTH WIDTH M (inches) 29 20 L (inches) 30 22 XL (inches) 31 24 2XL (inches) 32 26 3XL (inches) 33 28
