Small Bowl - Sky White by Indikoi Pottery

Measures approximately 4" tall x 9" in diameter. Because this item is handmade, it will vary slightly from the image shown. Handmade by David Pellerin of Indikoi Pottery in Bozeman, Montana.   I make hand thrown high fire porcelain pieces with beautiful crystalline glazes. The crystals (bubbly patterns) are formulated within the glaze matrix and grow during the heating and cooling cycle inside the kiln. The size, placement, and number of crystals will vary on every piece. My work is microwave and dishwasher safe.  I make art because I thrive on the challenge of building and creating things for not only simple beauty, but also everyday functionality. Working with my hands has always been my nature. From the time I was a little boy, building word signs by hammering nails into a board to my first ceramics class in high school, I was taken with the process. My inspiration is simple...
