Nose: White grapefruit, grassy and floral, lemon thyme, lavender, vanilla oak, apple dusted with icing sugar, white pepper and white currant like fruit. Palate: Almonds, white grapefruit, herbal and oily dressing like body, peppery spice and waxy orchard fruits. Finish: Barley sugar, pear drops, more oily and herbal notes, peppery almond, vanilla oak and lemon curd. Comes alive with a drop of water revealing pleasing waxy orchard fruits with a herbal and subtle spice edge.
