HDMI™ ARC & S/PDIF Audio Extender - 500ft (cat6)-ARC-EX300-K
ARC-EX300-K: HDMI ARC & S/PDIF Audio Extender Up To 150m using CAT 6/7 Key Features: Extends HDMI ARC signals up to 495 feet (96kHz) or 295 Feet (192kHz) over a single CAT 6/7 cable Extends S/PDIF audio signal up to a distance of 150m/495ft (96kHz) Supports PCM 2.0ch, Dolby 5.1ch, DTS 5.1ch audio formats CEC pass-through (when ARC is enabled) Utilizes an ultra-low jitter design to minimize audio distortion Robust and small design and plug-and-play setup The ARC-EX300-K can transmit HDMI ARC and S/PDIF audio signals up to a distance of 150m/492ft (96kHz) or 90m/295ft (192kHz) over a single CAT cable. CEC pass-through between HDMI ARC input port and ARC output port. For TVs without an ARC port, the extender provides an independent S/PDIF audio pass-through channel to transmit S/PDIF audio from the S/PDIF IN port on the Transmitter to the S/PDIF OUT port on the Receiver. This is a fantastic plug-and-play solution for sending HDMI ARC and S/PDIF audio from a TV back to an amplifier, AVR, or a multi-room audio system. Yes, you can purchase these things directly from us. Please contact us & we will assist you further. Can I extend multiple screen with this product? No, this product doesn not extend multiple screens. It will duplicate the input sources to multple outputs. Can I extend beyond the mentioned distance? Yes, you will be able to get a signal beyond the mentioned distance but the quality of the video decreases with increase in the distance and that too when using with shielded CAT6 cable. Can I input the output of this product to another extender similar to daisy chain method? Yes, you can implement the daisy chain method. What is the recommended type of CAT cable? Both the ends of the CAT cable should be termed as EIA-568B & the cable should be straight & not crossed. What types of HDMI & CAT cables I should use with this product? We recommend you to use High-Quality HDMI cables & shielded CAT6 cables. Can I purchase additional transmitter? Yes, you can purchase the additional transmitter from us. Please contact us & we will let you know the price. Can I purchase additional receivers? Yes, you can purchase the additional receiver from us. Please contact us & we will let you know the price. Can we upscale/downscale the video resolutions? No, this product doesn't upscale/downscale the video resolutions. Up to what length I can extend this product? You can extend the display devices up to 400 Feet when using with a shielded CAT6 cable. I am not getting signal with CAT5e cable but when I switch to CAT6, the issue gets resolved. How to make this unit work with CAT5e? The issue might be with the CAT cable. This might be due to the external interference of the signals & CAT5e has low bandwidth as compared to the CAT6. We recommend you using shielded CAT6 cable. How to know if the extender is dead? If the power and link led lights does not illuminate on the RJ45 port of the transmitter and the receiver, then the transmitter & receiver might be dead. Please contact us so that we can troubleshoot the issue. How can I upgrade the firmware? You can upgrade the firmware by connecting the PC & this device via RS-232 cable. I am unable to make the CEC work, what should I do to make this work? Please note that this product only supports the CEC function between HDMI input & HDMI output 1. Can I get CEC to work with optical output? No, optical output doesn't supports CEC due to its limitations. CEC will work only with HDMI devices. What is HDBaseT Extender? HDBaseT is the technology used for long distance transmission of lossless signals, resulting extremely low latency & giving the best picture quality. What is the difference between the normal extenders & HDBaseT extenders? In normal extenders, if you extend your signals up to some extend, the quality of the signals will degrade & you may find some latency issues. HDBaseT is the lastest standard which provides extending your signals to the longer distance without degrading the quality of the signals & with 0 latency. We recommend you using a shielded CAT6 cables for optimum performance. Does this product supports IR Frequency or FR Frequency? Our all the extenders supports IR Frequency & the devices using RF frequency will not be compatible with our products. I am unable to get the remote to work with IR, how to connect the IR Blaster/Emitter & IR Receiver? The IR Blaster/Emitter should be connected to the IR out port on the Transmitter and the IR Receiver should be connected to the IR in on the Receiver. Here's a quick overview of the IR connection on our extenders: IR Blaster Explained | Use IR with HDMI Extender Kit - Remote Control [/tab1]
