Cymbidium Helen Bannerman (Little Black Sambo) 'Black Magic' AM/AOS (Cym. canaliculatum var. sparksii x Cym. madidum) – A beautiful plant with very dark (almost black) miniature flowers. It can produce 55 to 85 flowers on a pendant spike. Enjoy the sweet fragrance! These are divisions from our Mother Plant which originally received an AM/AOS – starting at $175 a division. Cooper) as Cymbidium Little Black Sambo, after the children's book of the same name written by Helen Bannerman in 1899. Recently it was agreed to rename the hybrid after the author.
