This is a temporary replacement for Selenium High Dose drops while they are on backorder. The dosing conversion is 1/2 Tsp for every 1 drop of the high dose Selenium. Pure concentrated sodium selenite solution (liquid). Selenium selenite has been shown to support proper methylation of B vitamins, healthy thyroid function, and metabolism of fat.
