Origin: Ethiopia - Guji Roast Level: Medium Roasting Profile: Blueberry, Honeysuckle, Sweet and Sugary Green:  Established in 2012, this grower follows strict technical guidelines for production and engages small farmers in the area with training and guidance to create this wonderful bean. Roasting Comments: This bean was purchased with an amazing cup score of 88.5.  It doesn’t get much better.  The medium roast came in clean tasting, smooth, and a little crazy – hence the lable.
