Organic Mountain Oolong
This tea is grown at an elevation of 1,100 meters above sea level. No sprays, pesticides, or chemical fertilizers are used on or around the garden, allowing the land to gradually return to its natural state. As a result of these traditional farming methods, yields are lower and harvest times less predictable. The liquor is fruity with a subtle herbal finish. The leaves are delicate, so we recommend brewing with water no hotter than 90°C and limiting steep time to under 45 seconds to preserve their character. The flavor profile is sharp and complex—this is not a mild tea. Its bold notes are robust enough to accompany a meal with ease. Steeping Instructions: Prepare 3 grams of tea leaf (slightly less than a teaspoon) per 100ml of water (about half a cup).
