
SECO Thumb-Release Bipod (5217-04)
The SECO Thumb-Release Bipod (5217-04) helps land surveyors easily setup GPS stations and prism poles. Made from lightweight aluminum, the SECO Thumb-Release Bipod is designed to provide a solid base and great portability as an essential piece of equipment for land surveyors, construction, and field crews. The thumb-release clamping mechanism provides surveyors & field crews with a quick and easy method to secure a prism pole to the bipod, in addition to anti-crush protection that helps prevent crushing of the prism pole by over-tightening the clamps. The bipod legs are easy to adjust and grip with twist-locking to adjust the height. Comes with no-crush bipod head, which prevents crushing of carbon fiber range or prism poles even when overtightened or excess force is used. A land surveyor can set up a freestanding GPS antenna pole or prism pole from 1inch to 1.25 inch (25.4mm to 31.8 mm) outside diameter.
