2002 Assembly Minutes

The Church of God held the 97th General Assembly in Chattanooga, Tennessee, on August 29 - September 1, 2002. The theme of this Assembly was "Our Goal is Perfection." The Minutes of the General Assemblies of The Church of God are essential as a historical record and our official record of business and doctrinal recommendations. They serve as our guidelines for interpreting the Word of God through the General Assemblies, our highest tribunal of authority for interpreting the Scriptures as the Holy Ghost directs.
