We recommend getting 2 sizes bigger than the pillow cover for the more full-look. Lumbar inserts will fit lumbar pillow covers perfectly. This pillow cover has a delicate floral pattern that is hand block printed using traditional printing techniques. Due to the hand block printed nature, each pillow is unique and one of a kind.   Front: 100% Natural linen  Back: Linen/Cotton blend in natural. Colors: Green, Yellow and  Beige Invisible zipper detail. Dry clean or spot clean.
