This is our Raspberry Jam Drop Cookie, a shortbread and Unna Bakery classic. Its a buttery and rich shortbread cookie filled with a sweet and tart raspberry jam. We bake them just just long enough for the butter and sugar to caramelize and get the golden color that I like so much. The Raspberry Jam Drop Cookie is the prettiest cookie on the table! Made with real butter, never palm oil, soy or preservatives.  8 cookies/box. 3.4oz – 96gr.  Certified Kosher INGREDIENTS: Unbleached flour, butter, cane sugar, raspberry jam, vanilla sugar, salt, white distilled vinegar.  Contains milk and wheat.
