Gravenstein Apple White Balsamic Vinegar

The Gravenstein Apple is an incredibly hard to find varietal due to the difficulty farmers have cultivating it.  Prized for its amazing ambrosia perfume, and crisp, sweet-tart cream colored flesh, this "larger than life" flavor pairs well with our citrus olive oils and our Basil Olive Oil for a delicious dressing, or use it as a marinade for pork and chicken dishes.  Try some drizzled over grilled fruit for a delectable dessert.
