Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil

From the Barbary Coast of North Africa, this Tunisian Baklouti pepper is rare and unique to this region.  Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil is made by combining fresh, early harvest olives with an almost equal ratio of whole green Baklouti chilies. The two ingredients are then crushed together, fusing the oil of the pepper with the olive oil.  Baklouti adds a savory tantalizing kick to salsas, marinades, soup, egg dishes, grilled foods and much more.  Pairs well with our Peach, Pineapple, Honey Ginger, Cinnamon Pear and Raspberry Balsamic Vinegars.  This award winning fused oil is the only example of a Baklouti chili olive oil in the world and is exclusive to our supplier.
