The Manicardi White Wine Vinegar is the fruit of selections of the grapes of its well exposed hillside vineyards. The aging of this wine vinegar takes place in oak barrels, so that over time the wood refines the product. We recommend this vinegar with salads, raw and cooked vegetables, fish, and red meat. Ingredients: wine vinegar, contains sulfites. 7.5% Acidity.
