Their family’s mill dates back to the 1600s, and extra virgin olive oil production is an art fostered by artisans. The estate has been recognized by Slow Food. The Arcamone Estate is one of the De Carlo family’s “historic” farms, and has been an organic farm since 1990. The oil is Certified DOP Terra di Bari and Certified Organic.Crafted from estate grown Coratina olives, the oil is best described as medium-intense. It is green with golden reflections. The aroma is elegant and complex, best characterized by harmonic vegetal notes of fresh grass. Take a taste and you will notice an oil that is balanced with soft elements of bitterness and a p
