Deeply fruited and slightly tart, simmering cherries with peels of lemon and orange lay on the top for a bit of citrus freshness. White woods give way to a creamier finish with notes of raspberry peeking through this syrupy mixture. And here’s a fun fact, although simmering cherry jam is what we get on the nose, there are in fact no cherry notes in the formula. A blend of flowers, woods, citruses and raspberry is what gets you there.
