:: Highly unusual unique geometric center medallion with interior floral bouquet atop an abrashed field with elongated corner spandrel Samovar design elements wrapping the shield-like field overlay. Colors and shades include: Madder root red, ocean green, indigo blue, navy blue, brick red, rust, jade green, celadon green, powder blue, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Several areas of stains, etching to the reverse side from old moth damage, one small area of a darker spot to the end border slightly stiff and/or cracking. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Tabriz carpet made in Persia circa 1910's vintage. Size measures 7'8" x 12'2".
