Sentry R1 Folding Outdoor Kitchen Knife

The Sentry R1 is Oknife’s first folding outdoor kitchen knife. By combining a functional silhouette inspired by Western-style kitchen knives with high-quality materials and craftsmanship, it is more capable of handling most common outdoor cooking tasks, including rock chopping, than regular folding knives. The ergonomic black G10 handle offers a comfortable grip while the Swedish Sandvik 14C28N steel blade provides a combination of incredible toughness, excellent corrosion resistance, and ease of sharpening. The blade can be smoothly deployed with a big thumb hole and securely locked with a sturdy rail lock.
