Beginner Autumn EmbroiderySunday, October 19, 11-1pmInstructor: Erin Frisch Settle in with a cozy craft and celebrate fall in this beginner embroidery workshop.Inspired by native plants of Texas, students will complete an embroidery pattern ofleaves and acorns. The final result will be a work of art displayed in its embroidery hoopthat can hang on your wall. Class will include an overview of embroidery techniques including: materials, hooppreparation, and types of stitches. Creativity in color selection, stitching, and followingyour instinct is highly encouraged with guidance from the instructor. Embroidery takestime and shouldn’t be rushed. Some students may need to finish their work outside ofclass. All materials and supplies are provided.
