Base Color: Kitty Cat is very transparent - the cat's face is opaque (the face, bow and heart are all opaque film - outside of this area is transparent and any color will show through. For some fun try a pop of contrasting color like Tiffany Blue or Brite Yellow and for a more sophisticated look try a lighter metallic like Metallic Brite Gold,  Metallic Silver and Metallic Rose Gold.
