Vortex® High Country™ Tripod The Vortex® High Country™ Tripod is new in 2017. Smaller, lighter, and more compact than our Pro GT™, the High Country™ is designed for hunting at altitudes where every ounce counts. The variable leg angles and flip lever leg locks make set-up a snap. This Vortex® Tripod features a ball head that is a compact, handleless tripod head design reducing bulk and weight with a quick-release plate. 3 leg sections allow for maximum height with minimum packing length. Flip lever leg locks make for quick adjustments of the leg height, while anodized aluminum legs provide sturdy support at a reasonable cost.
