Dynaudio Core SUB

Description I’m calling the Dynaudio Core SUB the dream subwoofer. It’s basically two of the Sub 6’s stacked on top of each other in one box. When we’re talking about the ideal low-frequency extension for your Core or LYD speakers, we’re talking about this big boy. I have two of these in the Yarn building garage - that space is roughly 1200 sq ft. It sounds stupid to have two of these in that space, but I’m not doing it to double the output; I’m doing it for more coverage and to fill the room a little bit better.  This Sub has (4) four 9” woofers, so 36” of excursion for air movement. It plays down to 15 Hz with a 6dB roll-off at 13.5Hz. Built inside are dual 500-watt (1,000-watt) Pascal class-D amplifiers. Low bass that is highly accurate.  Use caution when moving this thing around. It weighs 108lbs, and you’re going to feel every bit of it when you pick it up.
