The standard ballhead camera mount is offered here as a separate purchase. The ballhead can handle 5 lb (2.3 kg) max camera weight. It features a 1/4-20 thread for mating to the camera (industry standard), and a 1/4-20 thread for mating to the tripod. It includes an adapter that allows for 3/8-16 tripod threads as well.
