
Paul Cezanne 'House in Auvers' Etching
Original nice landscape etching in quality carved wood frame set within a gold leaf inner frame surrounded by a linen mat. Done by French artist Paul Cezanne (1839-1906). Out of a series of etchings, circa 1914 for ‘homage to Cezanne', the original printed in color 1873. Titled "House in Auvers'. There is some light water damage to the mat, not a ecting the etching. This was probably framed and mounted, circa 1960 due to the style of the Brutalist wood frame. The image itself measures at 4 1/2 " wide and 5" high. The inner gold leaf frame measures at 6" wide and 6 1/2" high.
