2014-2021 Tundra Overland Front Bumper Key Features: Enhanced Clearance: Provides better approach angles and accommodates larger tires. Construction: Made from 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4″ thick mounting and winch plates for durability. D-Ring Tabs: 3/4″ thick and fully welded front and back for strength. Bull Bar Tubing: .120 wall 1 3/4″ diameter HREW tubing. Bull Bar Heights: Full-Height Bull Bar: Compatible with TSS in TRD Pro grilles only; will block TSS sensor on regular grilles. Mid-Height Bull Bar: Compatible with TSS on all models. Winch Compatibility: Fits most winches 8k-12k; recommended for winches with relocateable control boxes. Some winches may require grille support bracket trimming. Common compatible winches include ComeUp, Smittybilt X20, Warn Zeon, and VR series. Fairlead Recommendation: Use synthetic rope and a hawse-style fairlead for optimal fitment. Roller fairleads may be too large for the recessed mounting plate. Skid Plate Compatibility
