Not sure what exactly is missing but there is multiple parts missing. The PC is present. Tried to power on the PC but it would not turn on. There are a few green LEDs and a row of red LEDs that light up when initially plugging it in, but they turn off and then back on every 5 seconds or so. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit. We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.See all item photos for the condition of the unit.
