No returns or exchanges are accepted. Condition For parts or not working Description Tested - working with issues. Modulation output is clipping on the top of the wave at certain output levels between -8dBm and above. Unit randomly power cycled twice on me during the 20 minutes or so that it was on. Overall physical condition is good, minor scuffs and scratches. Two of the lower side/bumper plastics are missing on the right side. Frequency and power level output was read correctly by spectrum analyzer (when modulation is turned off). For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit. We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of.See all item photos for the condition of the unit.
