2024 Fall-CSA: Chef's Share

This page is for purchasing a Chef's Share for pickup from Norwich NY, Union Square, Tompkins Square, 92nd Street & Ramsey NJ. For all other CSA locations click here (not all locations offer Chef Shares) Fall-CSA begins the first week of September and consists of 10 weekly pickups.   Our Chef's Share is a box of produce, that include some of the more unique items that are popular amongst the chefs and restaurants we work with.  It is for the more adventurous 'foodie' who will take the time to investigate and cook with some lesser known ingredients.  Cost for this share is $630.00 for 10 drops.  Below are two example shares: EXAMPLE 1: 1 bunch Gold Beets, 1lb Baby New Potatoes, 3/4lb Green Romano Beans, 3pcs White Itachi Japanese Cucumbers, 1 bunch Lemon Mint, 6pcs Mixed Summer Squash, 1/3lb Purple Snow Peas, 2pcs Lola Rossa Lettuce, 1/2lb Sugar Snaps, 1 half-pint Nasturtium Flowers, 3oz Nasturtium Leaves, 1 bunch Parsley, 1 bunch Row7 Sweet Garleek, 1bunch Agretti.
