About The Fort Knox M1-LT Mailbox was designed for those needing high security, but not having the ability to use our other heavier mailboxes. Weighing in at 38 pounds, this mailbox is ready to protect your mail. Designed just like our heavier small standard mailbox, the M1-LT is able to hold an average of 1 week of mail. Included are two high-security tubular keys for the 7 pin tubular lock, and free 1-3/4″ vinyl adhesive address numbers for the front door. This mailbox is a “Limited Service” Mailbox, and is set up for incoming mail only. The mail-carrier inserts the incoming mail into the slot (10″W x 1.75″H). The body of the mailbox has an overhang that will provide protection from vandalism and rain. The door is held closed with an included 7 pin tubular pick-proof lock.
