Summer Breeze

Create a relaxation station for yourself with cool blues in broad strokes. Lines and small marks enhance the natural flow of the brush strokes and an element of silver shimmer reflects a calm undercurrent in my mixed media original work, Summer Breeze. The Art Story When I was in high school my family had a hammock in the back yard. Resting in it, feeling the breeze cool my skin, and day dreaming about life to come is all wrapped up into this painting. All of my recent art has focused around expressing emotion, but in this series in particular I isolated individual emotions and put color, shape and texture to them.
