The Le Griddle can be run on either propane or natural gas and comes with the necessary pieces to convert your griddle. With three 16,000 BTU u-burners, you have all of the power you need for high heat searing on the griddle surface and total control of each with individual control knobs. There are no other complicated features needed, just a trio of control knobs and ignition buttons to start cooking.
