What has remained is the excellent, super-fat basic sound of the resonant 24 dB Lowpass filter, which is due to the consistently implemented transistor circuit. At higher levels, the audio input tends to saturate the input signal, especially waveforms with a straight edge such as sawtooth and square benefit greatly from this.
