Matcha Cashew Large

Made with simple ingredients: cacao butter, homemade roasted cashew butter, Lakanto (monk fruit sweetener), a touch of matcha powder from Kyoto, homemade raspberry jam and salt. Unlike traditional white chocolate, we use only cacao butter - no heavy cream, coconut powder, rice powder or additives.  Enjoy the harmony of the flavor of pure cacao butter, bitterness of the matcha, and the explosion of tartness of raspberry jam.
