Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) Powder 2L/500mL

Product Description PBS buffer (dry powder), also known as Phosphate Buffered Saline, is the most commonly used phosphate buffer salt solution. This product powder is fine, dissolves quickly, and easy to use. The solution can be used for washing cells, tissues or other conventional uses. The main components are 10 mmol/L phosphate, 150 mmol/L NaCl, pH 7.2-7.4 at 25℃. Storage and Shipping Conditions Ship at room temperature, store in dry place, valid for 24 months. Assay Protocol/Procedures Add 2000 mL of water to each package of PBS buffer (dry powder). Note 1. Use quickly after dissolving. 2. This product does not contain potassium ions. If phosphate buffer containing potassium ions is needed, G4202 is recommended. 3. For your safety and health, please wear safety glasses, gloves, or protective clothing.
