This was my "first born" sauce. Nico's Chimi. An authentic, Argentinian style condiment, made with fresh parsley, oregano, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, pepper and other spices. It's the perfect blend of health and flavor to accompany any dish. Use it for meat, chicken, fish, seafood, vegetarian fare, vegan dishes - the list is endless.
