COST STRUCTURE The HOA EV Access Pass (i.e. electrical infrastructure tie-in fee) guarantees access to system in Phase 1 of the electrical build-out to install the EverCharge Level 2 Charging Station at the time of your choosing. The EV Access Pass can be thought of as a "reservation" to be used immediately, held indefinitely, or sold with the unit.
