It can also be used in the post-op management of post-lateral retinacular release. It is also an excellent brace for general post-op management. BENEFITS: The Hinged “Sharktrak” Brace has a unique wrap-around design for patellofemoral (kneecap joint) disorders. A dynamic pull tab "sharkskin" buttress applies individualized pressure around the kneecap to provide pain relief and comfort.
