This position is a 6+ month contract for one of our key clients. Role: Program Manager Location: New York, NY Job Description: We are seeking a motivated, strategic Product Manager who is ready to put the customer first and demonstrate mastery of end-to-end customer journeys and how to design experiences and products that people love and that also deliver clear business outcomes. As part of the Global Comms Servicing Delivery team within Digital Servicing, this person will collaborate across business stakeholders to identify the roadmap for servicing capability for a particular business unit. The person in this role is expected to maintain & groom the backlog with the help for business stakeholders. The Product manager has to act as a link between stakeholders, and Teams (like scrum, Kanban, testing) to support the operational excellence. Responsibilities: Manage the Lean Portfolio management model to meet the enterprise Business agility Partner with stakeholders to understand the prioritization Maintain Product roadmap/backlog for the business unit Appropriately identify and raise risks, challenges, opportunities to advance the team Lead and mentor associate product managers / analysts Enable cross-functional collaboration with relevant teams within the product scope Translate product roadmap into well-defined product requirements/user stories and acceptance test criteria Qualifications: 3-4 years of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development Experience with Servicing or Digital Experiences a plus Agile SAFe experience a plus Highly motivated and passionate for creating best-in-class products and customer experiences A proven ability to define clear customer needs and features and gain buy-in and confidence at multiple levels of the organization Experience delivering new experiences and business metrics with a customer-first mindset Experience working with Engineering and process teams Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive decision making, collaboration and alignment Ability to build strong relationships with key business partners and stakeholders and take a proactive approach to collaboration APPLY TODAY!!
