The North Point Light, rebuilt in 1912-13 in Lake Park, marks the entrance to the Milwaukee River. Established in 1888, the lighthouse was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984. It is cut from solid Black Cherry hardwood grown and milled in the USA.
