Basic Bookkeeping

1 CMC pt or 2 EPP hours In this bookkeeping course, you will learn basic accounting terminology and identify the differences between the cash and accrual accounting methods. Topics include using a journal and general ledger to document business transactions and receiving an understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable.  You will Identify different types of financial statements including a balance sheet. You will become familiar with internal and external auditing and how to create a budget.
