Replacement #22 grinder plate (Cleveland Style), reversible, with 2 flat edges. The plate has 1/8" holes and 2 edges that are cut flat, if laying on a table the sides are cut flat. The 1/8" (3 mm) size works well for sausages, salami, pepperoni, etc. It's typically used for first grind hamburger.
