Replacement #12 grinder plate - hub style (non-reversible), fits most size #12 grinders. The plate has 5/16" ( 7.94 mm) holes, 5/16" size works particularly well for coarse grinds such as chorizo or bratwurst. Includes: (1) Grinder Plate Size #12 (5/16" holes) - Hub Style (non-reversible) Material: Stainless Steel Dimensions: Plate Diameter: 3 1/4" Center Mount Hole: 7/16" Holes Diameter: 5/16" ( 7.94 mm) IMPORTANT - ALWAYS REPLACE KNIFE AND PLATE TOGETHER AS A MATCHED SET Always use the same knife and plate together. If one has gradually worn away from perfectly flat, the other will have worn with it. As a result they may still be used together, however, if one is matched with a different item which is perfectly flat, the set will certainly not turn out a good product. In addition, such practice will probably break the new item.
