  Mullein Leaf, scientifically known as Verbascum thapsus, is a biennial herb belonging to the Scrophulariaceae family. Originally native to Europe and Asia, it now grows widely across North America as well. This plant is distinguished by its striking yellow flowers and its soft, thick leaves, which have earned it the nickname "Grandmother's Flannel."
